Before submitting an application in response to our ads, please read the recruitment rules:
1. When employing employees, NFI-CCSD conducts open and competitive recruitment.

2. Recruitment announcements are published on the NFI-CCSD website in the Public Information Bulletin and in a place commonly accessible at the Institute’s head office.

3. The job ads contain:
o the name and the address of NFI-CCSD;
o the position;
o requirements related to the position;
o scope of tasks performed in the scope of the position;
o indication of the required documents;
o date and place of submission of documents;
o information about recruitment methods and techniques.
4. Information about candidates who applied for recruitment constitute public information in the scope covered by the requirements specified in the recruitment notice.

5. The deadline for submitting documents specified in the recruitment notice cannot be shorter than 14 days from the date of publication of the announcement on the NFI-CCSD website in the Public Information Bulletin.

6. Applications received or supplemented after the deadline will not be considered (the date of receipt at NFI-CCSD is decisive).

7. After the deadline for submitting documents, we immediately publish the list of candidates who meet the formal requirements set out in the recruitment notice, on the NFI-CCSD website in the Public Information Bulletin and in a place commonly accessible at the Institute’s head office.

8. The list contains the name and surname of the candidate along with the place of residence within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of 23 April 1964 – Civil Code (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 459, 933 and 1132).

9. A report is drawn up from the recruitment for a vacant position at NFI-CCSD.

10. The report includes in particular:
o a specification of the job for which the recruitment was conducted;
o the number of candidates;
o the names, surnames and place of residence of no more than five best candidates ranked according to the level of fulfilment of the requirements set out in the recruitment notice;
o information about the recruitment methods and techniques used;
o justification of the choice made.

11. Information about the recruitment results is published within 14 days from the date of recruitment of the selected candidate or the end of the recruitment, if no candidate has been employed as a result of the recruitment.

12. Information about the recruitment result includes:
o a specification of the job for which the recruitment was conducted;
o the name and surname of the selected candidate and his/her place of residence or information about not hiring any candidate;
o justification of the choice made.

13. Information about the result is published on the NFI-CCSD website in the Public Information Bulletin and in a place commonly accessible at the Institute’s head office.

14. If the employment relationship of the person selected in the recruitment process has been terminated within 3 months from the date of establishing the employment relationship, another person from the candidates indicated in the report may be employed on the same position. Information on the employment of this person is published in accordance with point 10.

15. At NFI-CCSD, there cannot arise any relationship of official subordination between spouses and persons remaining in relationship to a second degree of affinity or first degree affinity and in relation to adoption, care or guardianship.

Application documents should be submitted each time as a response to a specific advertisement. We do not have a database of candidates interested in work.
Application documents provided by candidates in the recruitment process for a given position in NFI-CCSD will be deleted after 3 months from the date of employment of the candidate or immediately after the recruitment if no candidate has been chosen.
