Temporary Programme for Support of NGOs and Preventing the Impact of Covid-19
Grants were awarded under two priorities. Financial resources could be allocated to:
Complementing public administration tasks aimed at counteracting COVID-19 in local communities;
- Implementation of activities that had to be stopped by the epidemic (did not apply to public tasks / projects implemented under the Programs: CSODP, CIF, SMDP, Solidarity Corps);
- Implementation of activities to enable the further functioning of the organization;
- Purchase of equipment and materials that were necessary to implement the above activities;
- Rental of premises for the implementation of activities.
The maximum amount of subsidy in Priority 1 was PLN 50,000 and in Priority 2 it was 40 thousand PLN.
The Programme meant to support organizations requiring assistance as soon as possible. Therefore, the procedures for awarding grants were simplified and the submitted applications were considered on an ongoing basis. There was not any requirement of down payment when applying. The budget of the Program was PLN 10 million.
The call for applications was carried out from May 12, 2020 to June 30, 2020.
