Scout activity is conducted according to the education system, referring to the achievements of scouting around the world and the Polish scout movement. This creates the possibility of comprehensive, modern and harmonious physical, intellectual, emotional, social and spiritual development of children and youth.

We address the programme to all organisations covered by the Honorary Protectorate of the President of the Republic of Poland on the Scout Movement in Poland and abroad. We will provide annual grants for institutional development closely related to programme activities. Scouting organisations that receive support under the Programme will carry out activities under the following tasks:
